Showcasing My Work: Legacy Projects
Welcome to my 'Worksite/Legacy Projects' page, where I highlight the practical applications of my kinesiology studies. Here, you'll discover the projects developed during my field placements, reflecting my growth and dedication to becoming a future educator and coach.

High School Gym/Fitness Plan
My first legacy project involved creating a comprehensive high school gym and fitness plan for a sixteen week semester. This PowerPoint presentation outlines a structured approach to physical education, designed to engage students and foster a lifelong love for health and fitness. This project allowed me to translate academic knowledge into practical, actionable curriculum, reinforcing my passion for teaching and coaching.
Annual Softball Coaching Plan
For Field Placement 2, I am interning for the second time with the strength and conditioning facility Mind to Muscle. Over the past 8 weeks, I have mainly worked with varsity athletes specifically those aged 13-18. My career goal is to become a high school physical education teacher and coach. For my legacy assignment, I am currently in the process of creating an annual women’s softball training plan for grades 9-12 (age 14-18), designed as though they trained as frequently as high school athletes do in the United States.
This project directly connects to my placement, as I work with teenagers and assist my supervisors by coaching athletes through their training activities such as warm-ups, plyometric exercises, sprints, and their individualized programs. Creating this annual training plan will allow me to display what I have learned about structured programs in school and through the practical experience gained at my placement and additionally serve as a resource for myself as a future coach.
